Depending on the size and scale of your move; we offer three vehicle options, ranging from 3.5-tons Long wheelbase transits, 3.5-tons Box Luton with tail lifts. The largest vehicles that we offer for moves are our 7.5-tons Box Lorry with tail lifts.
Yes, unfortunately we won’t take tins containing paint, surgical equipments which have not been appropriately packed or move items which are excessively over weight approx weighing more than 65kg. This specifically relates to marble table tops, snooker or pool table tops. If you need items of such excessive weight moved then you would need to discuss this with us prior.
Yes, your move is covered by our Goods in Transit insurance, which range from £10k, £20k and £30k the level of cover depends on your move size and value.
Yes, we do carry a small amount of boxes, but not excessive. If you you’re short of boxes on the moving day please feel free to contact us prior to our arrival and we would be happy to bring additional boxes.
All our written quotations are fully inclusive of the number of men or team assigned to complete your move, our furniture assembly and re-assembly services plus the relevant insurance cover.

Payment is to be settled immediately upon your move completion and can be by CASH, BAC, DEBIT or CREDIT CARD
You are entitled to cancel at anytime, but you may be charged according to how much notice you provide prior to the agreed removal date, between 4-7 day: 50% of the total removal charges, 3 days: 75% of the total removal charges, 1-2 days: 90% of the total removal charges, less than 24 hours: 100% of the total removal charges.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange parking provisions such as the acquisition of permits and contact the council (if need be) to isolate parking bay(s).
The customer is responsible for all PCN received by the company, whilst we are in the processing of competing their move (if the customer instructs us to park at a particular location).
